quislibetthe weekend was reasonably pleasant, when I was away from the news; I enjoyed the weather and did some reading (although not enough, it's never enough) and we had some friends from Providence up for asparagus risotto and what was almost -- almost -- too much chocolate on Saturday, so hooray for that.
