Jan. 21st, 2002 11:47 amForty-five minutes is a long time to wait in the cold for transportation. Of course, I didn't really know until the last 15 minutes of that that it was going to be that long. Tried to catch 8:30 bus: missed it, I think. Or perhaps it never showed up, like the 8:50 bus. At 9:05 or so I realized the latter bus was never going to come, and so decided I may as well take the 9:13 train, which was a few minutes late, just to vex me.
Wednesday I will start my day by changing trains at North Station to go out to Brandeis for work-related library fun. The boss wanted me to go today, but the library there is closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. BU's is open, of course; I guess they figure having a curious sculpture dedicated to the man a few dozen yards away is honor enough.
In other news, I'm worried a little about boss-man; he's inexplicably dizzy a lot lately and doctors don't know why...
