So at the moment I'm composing letters in the name of my boss (which he will later sign) to a couple of our book reviewers. My goal, according to the boss and using his words, is to point out in a "passive-aggressive" fashion the errors that they have made so that they will "feel remorse."

After working here for seven years, I can even write such a letter as he would himself.
