Pointless update

quislibetI'm posting from the computer/periodicals room of the branch of the Columbus Public Library nearest my dad's place. We have eaten Indian food down the street, and are killing time until I should go to the airport (in about half an hour). They're picking out videos to check out for NYE entertainment. As this does not particularly concern me, I've been browsing magazines, and now am writing this at a computer from which I can see them, so I'll know when they're ready to go.
Pretty exciting, no?
Around 7 I shall be landing, or rather in a plane that is doing the landing, at Logan, where I shall be met by J. and proceed thence to the Witch City, to sleep in my own damn bed at last.

P.S. I have seen "Amelie" twice this week, showing it to various parents. Aren't you glad you are reading this?
