Cold drinks

So I was going to post a nice, authoritative, "we should go for cold beer and freezy drinks HERE tonight" entry, hoping that might stir up the masses, and it was only then that I realize just how ignorant I am of where the good bars are nowadays.

What's good now in Cambridge, somewhere between Central and Davis? I just don't know. But whatever the case I could be there by 6:30 if there were going to be others present.

Another possibility, since so far only a fellow Salemite has replied to my last post, is that I will just go home, drop off my stuff, and head to the stupidly named but otherwise good McSwiggin's by about 8.

the cellar is between central and harvard, is generally not so crowded on friday before 10pm, and has $3.50 pints. there's this goth/punk/whatever chick bartender upstairs, too.
