I love Paris in the spring.
Jan. 28th, 2002 11:23 amSo I'm going there again. J. and I bought tickets yesterday through Iceland Air. It's pretty spiffy to fly to Europe for not much more than it costs to fly to Ohio for the holidays.
And we'll be there for Poisson d'Avril, so lots of chocolate fish will be purchased by us.
In other news...
A weekend lost to gaming. Saturday's vamp game had its slow points (as they often do) but I enjoyed it. Unexpected allies have materialized... maybe. We shall see. Sunday I ran a first ed. AD&D game as happens very occasionally (our heroes started crawling through these catacombs back in, oh, August I think, followed by another session in November, and then another yesterday). His poor cavalier lost strength and a level to the depredations of the undead, but at least he has some spiffy armor now.
Now I should go do something productive with my day. The boss gave me a long weekend to study, as he has nothing much for me to do at work until he finishes some things. So I suppose I had better do a bit of studying as the weekend proper was a loss for that...
