In that last post for "Night on Bald Mountain" read "Hall of the Mountain King." Oops.

In other news...

There isn't too much. I am doing research rather than writing, which is not necessarily the best plan. But it's much more passive and thus much more appealing for a lazy bastard like myself.

J. has a job interview tomorrow, though she's not so sure any more that she wants the job.

I have finally gotten around to reading Alan Moore's "League of Extraordinary Gentlemen" and found it pleasing.

I wish Josh wouldn't hook up with that annoying Amy woman on "The West Wing." A new feminist for the 21st century: The Spoiled Brat.

Speaking of characters named Amy, does the former rat die in next week's "Buffy"? That's who it looked like to me in the preview...

And speaking of those two shows together, it came to me in a dream last night that the actress who plays the fast food manager at the end of this week's "Buffy" played the young Mrs. Laningham in "West Wing" flashbacks last season. I think that theory holds true now that I'm awake.

Not that it's terribly important.

J.'s hair is now at that stage when people tell her she looks like Uma Thurman in "Pulp Fiction" (last one to tell her so was a waitress in a diner along coastal 95 in CT). She's also been likened to Audrey Tatou and, since "The Fifth Element" is on every ten minutes on SciFi this month, Milla Jovovich. "Basically," as she says, "any famous person with shoulder-length hair and bangs."

I see that I am rambling, which smacks greatly of procrastination.

I believe your theory is correct. I was wondering where I'd seen her before.

You're dating Uma Thurman, Audrey Tatou, and Milla Jovovich?

You bastard!

Yeah, it sounds great, but the damn tabloids won't leave us alone.
