Sad thing

This is the sad thing. Not that I really knew the guy except as a pooka and a vampire or two in some LARPs. One of those people you think it might be cool to get to know better, but you don't.

What little I did know of his real personality seems well reflected in the fact that he was cracking jokes about his brain getting too big.

I find it mildly disturbing that one of the candidates to replace Dick Gephardt as House Minority Leader is only a year older than I am. From his bio on CNN.com, he graduated the same year I did and, it seems, got elected as a rep. from Tennessee fresh out of law school.

Zany.

In other news, one of my friends from college had a baby. So yay that.
