How extraordinary -- one "Shawna Hotbutt" invites me to take a look at her dirty pictures. With a name like that I bet she got teased in school.

You know, having lived with female roommates for 10 years now, I'm cool with the whole "put the toilet seat down" thing; it has become automatic for me. But after even longer exposure to public men's rooms, I am led to contemplate how much more upsetting are those lads who do not put the damn things UP when the situation calls for it.

In other news, (1) a key aspect of my health insurance is behaving in an unexpected and unwelcome fashion and (2) risotto is never as good on the second day.

Only three forced restarts on the computer today! Woo hoo!
