Bizarrely, I could basically WRITE a piece about fan fiction. Not HP, but maybe LOTR, having laughed at, er, I mean, PERUSED quite a few fan fic sites.
The other day, one of the people on my friends list went looking for slash fiction pairing Marlin and Dory, from "Finding Nemo". I myself draw the line at reading about the fictionalized erotic liasons of cartoon fish.
No, no. You haven't been properly mentally violated until you read Nemo and... uh, shit. Willem DaFoe's fish. Yeah, Nemo and Willem DaFoe Fish slash. oh my god.
Please don't ask why I read it. ...I mean! It was like a trainwreck! I didn't want to read it! But I couldn't help myself!!!
Okay, I am officially traumatized. I am now pale and shaking, under my desk. That's, like, PEDOPHILIA! Poor little Nemo...oh lordy...
You know, I thought I had reached an all-time low in my life when I spent an entire night reading Hobbit Porn. Thanks to Nemo and (Scar? Slash? Fin? Spear? Willem DaFoe.), I know now that I have a lonnnnnng way to go.
